Forget Complicated Recipes, Follow These Simple Illustrated Directions
If you love to cook, then you’ll love these illustrations. Drawing Recipes, a book created by Italian illustrator and comics artist Chiara Di Francia, explains how to cook your favorite foods through drawings.
The idea for the book came about when Francia’s five-year-old cousin asked her to write a recipe for her favorite pastry snack. “After having drawn the first piece, the idea of this project was born, to create a collection of illustrated recipes,” says Francia.
In its pages, you can find recipes for anything from fondue to french toast and cheese pairings to fried pizza. The recipes are divided into seven categories: Breakfast & Brunch, Appetizers, Salads, Mains, Pasta, Second Course, and Desserts.
